New York, NY, November, 2006 – The National Utility Contractors Association has requested Retensa to lead a session at their 2007 Utility Construction Exposition and Conference. Director of Retensa, Carol Ann Caccioppoli, will discuss employee retention trends in the utility construction industry in her session titled “The Employee Turnover Epidemic in Construction and How to Stop It.”
The focus of this session is to address the real employee issues facing construction firms today. The seminar is designed to provide the attendees with strategies to reduce turnover at all levels and in all positions.
