New York, NY, November, 2006 – The National Utility Contractors Association has requested Retensa to lead a session at their 2007 Utility Construction Exposition and Conference. Director of Retensa, Carol Ann Caccioppoli, will discuss employee retention trends in the utility construction industry in her session titled “The Employee Turnover Epidemic in Construction and How to Stop It.”
The focus of this session is to address the real employee issues facing construction firms today. Retensa will provide the most successful retention insights tailored to mid-sized utility construction firms. The seminar is designed to provide the attendees with strategies to reduce turnover at all levels and in all positions. Attendees will learn how to motivate their employees and increase the level of employee engagement on and off the job site.
