Department of Small Business Services Invites Retensa to Design Talent Management Seminars

Seminar series will help businesses attract and retain great employees in New York City.

New York, NY, July, 2006 – It is harder than ever to recruit and retain good employees in any industry.   In recognition of the growing needs of the business owners of New York, the NY Department of Small Business Services (SBS) has invited Employee Retention Expert, Retensa, to lead a New York City-wide learning initiative. The series of interactive workshops will provide business owners with insights into how to deal with the changing needs, wants, and expectations of today’s workforce. Retensa has used their retention strategies to customize a series for Small Businesses which will provide them with tools to develop and apply critical recruiting, orientation, and retention strategies. Retensa is excited to support SBS in their commitment to making New York City Businesses better.

A seminar will be held every month at a SBS Solutions Center located in each borough. This three-part series is tailored to stand alone or in conjunction with each other.
