Mr. Hecht’s presentation “Fast Forward 2027 – Where will our Workers be?” will addresses current and future challenges facing the construction industry.
As the construction industry continues to grow, the number of skilled workers continues to shrink. Incumbents are retiring, creating an attrition problem of epidemic proportions, and hiring new employees is increasingly difficult. Therefore, retaining existing staff is a critical imperative.
