The Attrition Risk Matrix helps you predict turnover by providing a company-wide view of your employees’ risk of resignation compared to their contribution.

Employees are divided into 3 distinct categories:

  • Those who are most impactful and costly to replace (the vertical axis) and also the highest probability to leave (the horizontal axis).
  • Those of high cost to replace and impact when leaving, and are less probable to leave, OR those who are of medium to low cost/impact but higher probability to leave.
  • Those of medium to low cost and impact to replace and medium to low probability to leave.
