As an intern with Retensa, you will be at the forefront of merging Business Management Consulting, Technology and Organizational Development. While immersed in a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment, your coursework will be applied directly to real-world business goals.
Opportunities Available
Students will be given the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals on one of the following teams:
- Human Capital Consulting (OD/HR) - Perform hands-on client analyses, executive reports and presentations with high-growth mid-size and large firms using Behavioral Management techniques. Qualifications
- To be eligible for the Internship Program, candidates must be a Senior or Graduate Student with a Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at an accredited four-year University or Graduate School.
- Prospective interns should be hard working, enthusiastic and resourceful individuals in the following majors: Business Management, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Computer Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and Organizational/Human Resource Development.
- A minimum of 3 days/week is required, flexible hours are available.
- Prior relevant coursework or experience, and computing skills are required.
